Our Disability Services staff and students share with us how they boost their wellbeing and mental health. From flowers, to sleep, to writing - small things can make a big difference.
Get dressed
I make sure I change out of pyjamas into fresh clothes every day
Eating healthily
Healthy food is really important. I eat porridge for breakfast (cheap and slow release energy) and also have lots of fruit, veg and oily fish
Don't hide away
On the days you want to hide away from everyone and not talk to anyone, do the exact opposite
